Letters, policies, rotas, reports, the constant drafting and answering that keeps a school running. It's invisible until it isn't, and it lands hardest on the people with the least time. The school operations tool is built to take the weight off that work.
Where the sensitive data sits
A school office holds some of the most sensitive information in the building: safeguarding notes, SEND records, pupil and family details. So that information never leaves the building to be useful. The office gets the help; the data stays where the law, and plain sense, say it should.
