    TRUST HUB › SUB-PROCESSORSPublished

    Nobody else touches
    your pupils’ work.

A sub-processor list is usually long, and its length is the story. Ours is empty where it matters, because your data stays in the building and we never receive what the software processes. The website you are reading is a different question, and we answer it below rather than letting the short answer flatter the long one.

    The product: none

With Aevum Teacher Manager, your data stays in the building. Pupils’ work, teachers’ planning, marking, reports and anything the software learns from them stay with you. They are not sent to us, not sent to a cloud we rent, and not sent to anybody else. There is therefore no sub-processor to list for the product, and that is a fact about the architecture rather than a promise about our conduct. If that ever changes, this page changes first.

What is not here, and deliberately so

There is no Google Analytics on this site. No Tag Manager, no advertising pixel, no session recorder, no heatmap tool, no A/B testing service, no chat widget, and no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to. We do not know how many of you read this page. We decided that was an acceptable price for not building a profile of the people who come here, many of whom are teachers reading it on their own time.

    One down, one to go

Publishing this list made two things obvious, and we said so rather than waiting to be asked. The first is now fixed. The typefaces used to load from Google’s servers, which meant your IP address reached Google simply because you read this page. They are now served from this site, so that no longer happens and Google is off the list. The second remains: the contact form is delivered by a third party, which is a convenience we accepted early and which puts your enquiry through somebody else’s hands. It is on the list to remove, and when it is gone this page will say so. We are publishing the half-finished state rather than waiting for a tidy one, because a commitment you can watch being kept is worth more than a claim.

    If any of this changes

We will publish the change here before it takes effect, not after. Write to hello@aevumfoundry.ai and ask to be told when this page changes, and you will be. There is no list to subscribe to and no marketing attached; you will hear about sub-processor changes and nothing else.

    Why this page is short

Most AI tools in education send your data somewhere else to be processed, so their sub-processor list is long and every name on it is a place your pupils’ work has been. Ours is short because the work never leaves your building. If you are comparing suppliers, that comparison is the most useful thing on this page.
